Texas College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS). The Standards Identify the knowledge and skills high school students need to be sucessful in Texas entry-level college courses. Generally, the more standards that students can demonstrate with proficiency, the greater likelihood students will be college and career ready. The CCRS are being integrated into current Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and end-of-course assessments that will be developed durring the next few years.
